NGU Real Estate Lifestyle is seeking an experienced full-time Property Manager to join our Rosewood office.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio while playing an important role in the continued growth of our business.The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, based in our Rosewood office.
You will initially manage a partial portfolio of approximately 70 properties, with a competitive salary reflective of the portfolio size.
Remuneration will be reviewed and adjusted as the portfolio grows.We will also provide a company phone, desktop computer and access to a company vehicle for work-related use.About the RoleThis is a hands-on property management position where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants while ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently and proactively.Your responsibilitiesManaging a residential property portfolioBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with landlords and tenantsPaying bills and supplier invoices on timeProcessing owner disbursementsCoordinating maintenance and repairsManaging emergency repair requestsInvoicing marketing costs and title searches for new managementsManaging bond lodgements and incoming invoicesPreparing and managing lease renewalsConducting scheduled routine inspectionsCompleting detailed entry and exit condition reportsManaging arrears and general tenancy administrationLiaising with owners, tenants, contractors and tradesSupporting the onboarding of new managements as requiredAbout YouTo be considered for this position, you must:Have previous residential property management experienceHold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or LicenceHold a current driver's licenceBe highly organised with excellent attention to detailConfidently prioritise and manage a busy workloadHave strong communication and problem-solving skillsDeliver exceptional customer serviceHave a positive, proactive and qualified attitudeBe comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive teamWhat We OfferFull-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pmCompetitive salary reflective of the initial portfolio sizeRemuneration reviewed and adjusted as the portfolio growsCompany phone and desktop computerAccess to a company vehicle for inspections and appointmentsModern systems and streamlined processesA supportive and collaborative team environmentGenuine career growth opportunities within a growing businessWhy Join NGU Lifestyle?
