This manager role reports to the Senior Manager of Operational Risk and is pivotal in supporting the design and embedding of resilience requirements across Auto & General.

Visit autogeneral.com.au to find out more.What You'll Be DoingSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Group's resilience strategyEnsure resilience frameworks including business continuity and third-party management are robust and capable of addressing various risksSupport business impact analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and disruption scenariosDevelop and maintain processes for managing third party risks, including due diligence, monitoring, and vendor resilience assessmentSupport 2nd Line advisory services in accordance with the Group's Supplier Risk Management PolicySupport the creation, testing,



and maintenance of Business Continuity PlansAct as an SME for CPS 230 implementation and ongoing adherenceOversee periodic testing of business continuity plans including scenario exercises and tabletop reviewsProvide 2nd Line support during disruptive events as part of Crisis Management responseUndertake data analysis and reporting on resilience indicators and business adherence with frameworksSupport regular reporting to the Executive Committee and BoardAct as a resilience SME for risk in change activities and key strategic decisionsWhat You'll BringAt least 4 years in resilience or enterprise risk rolesIn-depth knowledge of APRA prudential standards, particularly CPS 230 and CPS 234Relevant tertiary educationExperience supporting crisis management and business continuity activitiesExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skillsHigh-impact presentation and demonstrated leadership capabilitiesExperience supporting risk reporting for various business levels including the BoardExperience with policy and framework developmentProven ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholdersGeneral insurance industry knowledge (highly regarded)At Auto & General, we believe in supporting our people to thrive both professionally and personally.
