As Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of workshop production, powder coating, installation scheduling, logistics, quality control, and team performance.You'll work closely with owners, customers, suppliers, tradespeople, and installation teams to ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.What You'll Be DoingOperational LeadershipManaging the day-to-day operations of the workshop and installation teamsCoordinating workflow across fabrication, coating, assembly, and installationEnsuring jobs are delivered on time and within budgetDriving continuous improvement and operational efficiencyHands-On InvolvementSupporting workshop teams during busy periodsAssisting with troubleshooting production challengesConducting site inspections and customer visitsAssisting with measurements, planning, and job coordination when requiredWorking alongside the team to ensure successful job deliveryLeading by example in safety, quality, and professionalismPeople & Team ManagementLeading and developing workshop and installation staffManaging workforce planning and daily schedulingConducting toolbox meetings and safety discussionsPromoting accountability and a positive workplace cultureAssisting with recruitment and onboardingQuality,
