Your New Role
As the Performance and Planning Lead, you'll shape how value andperformance are defined, measured, and realised ensuring we stay focused on theinitiatives that deliver the greatest impact for our members.Thisis a critical and highly visible role within our Member Growth division,sitting in the Performance & Transformation team. You'll work closely withsenior leaders to embed high-quality OKRs, strengthen decision-making, andprovide clear, insight-led performance narratives & decisions that drivebetter outcomes.
