But whenever the Cleaning Services Manager is on leave, unavailable, or requires additional operational support, you'll step into their role and assume responsibility for the entire cleaning operation.As XtraClubs continues to expand, this position provides a clear pathway into operations leadership.A role built around evenings and nightsThis isn't a traditional 9-to-5 position.Because our clubs operate throughout the day, the majority of your work will take place in the evenings and overnight, after our clubs have closed to members.You'll have the clubs to yourself, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional standard of cleanliness without members around.If you enjoy working independently, prefer quieter environments, or simply like having your days free, this role offers a lifestyle that many people genuinely enjoy.While your regular schedule will primarily be at night, there will occasionally be daytime work when you're:Covering for the Cleaning Services ManagerTraining new team membersConducting inspectionsAttending team meetingsSupporting operational projects across the businessYour rolePremium Cleaner (your primary responsibility)Your primary responsibility is ensuring every XtraClubs location is presented to the highest possible standard.
Most of your time will be spent working hands-on in our clubs,
