packing machinery and other equipment within the packing shedImprove operational efficiency to ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and safety complianceIdentify faults and provide practical, effective solutions to technical problems that arise in the packing processKeep accurate records of maintenance workIdentify safety issues, implement corrective actions, and provide innovative solutions with both safety and efficiency in mindAdvise on, consult, and oversee the implementation of future equipment upgrades to improve and advance the production setupExperience and Qualifications:Trade qualification preferred including:Fitter and TurnerElectrician or strong electrical knowledgeOr extensive hands-on experience with conveyor and roller systems.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.Experience managing maintenance operations or overseeing equipment performance is highly desirable.
