We are committed to creating enriching work environments, encouraging professional growth and maintaining the highest standards of child safety.About the RoleOpened in **** and co-located with Wilmot Road Primary School, Early Learning Victoria Shepparton is a 130-place centre offering long day care Three-Year-Old Kindergarten and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten programs.Early Learning Victoria is approved to receive the Commonwealth¿s Worker Retention Grant, which funds a 15% wage increase above modern award rates for eligible employees.In this role, you will:Support the team to deliver high-quality early childhood education guided by evidence-informed, contemporary pedagogy and practiceContribute to and assist in the planning and implementation of the educational program, aligned with the National Quality Standards, Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Education and Care Law and RegulationsMonitor children's progress and support their social, emotional and cognitive developmentBuild respectful, team-oriented relationships with families, children and colleagues, ensuring all children feel secure and valuedThe position description for this role can be foundHERE.About YouExperience as an early childhood educator (Certificate III), delivering a high-quality play-based educational program (recently qualified candidates are welcome to apply)Sound understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, Education Care Services National Law and Regulations,
