Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care tomake a real difference in your client's quality of life!
You'll have the opportunity to develop new treatment programs, helping clients to manage their movement, pain, balance and manual handling.This will include:Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groupsPrescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modificationEducation and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carersGoal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planningLiaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredWhat makes a difference for us?
