Working closely with Delivery Managers, engineering teams and service partners, you will help deliver reliable, secure and efficient services.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology outcomes while developing your service management expertise across a complex enterprise environment.What You'll DoProvide operational expertise for a portfolio of applications and systems, ensuring services continue to meet business and customer needsCollaborate with internal teams and external service providers to maintain service performance and meet agreed service levelsSupport incident, change, problem and asset management activities, helping teams deliver reliable and well governed technology servicesIdentify and drive service improvement opportunities,



including automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomesParticipate in service transition activities and change governance forums, ensuring new and changed services are operationally readyProduce reporting and trend analysis that supports informed decision making and continuous service improvementWhat You'll BringExperience working within IT operations, application support or service delivery environments, applying service management frameworks to deliver business outcomesKnowledge of ITIL practices across incident, change, problem, release and asset management, and how they support service reliabilityAbility to analyse service performance data, identify trends and recommend practical improvement opportunitiesExperience working with multiple stakeholders, including engineering teams, business representatives and third party service providersStrong written communication skills, enabling you to create operational documentation, reports and service insights that support informed decisionsAbility to build relationships and provide guidance across technical teams while maintaining a customer focused approachWe provide reasonable adjustments in recruitment and the workplace.
