With an attractive pipeline in the class 2 space and well established team in Sydney, you'll be working across complex programs.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex, large-scale constructions from planning through to completion.
This role will see you drive outcomes, lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.As Project Manager, you'll have autonomous control over projects from pre-construction stage through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered with maximum profitability and efficiency.You must've had full delivery experience of class 2 residential projects to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of projects from design development through to practical completionOversee procurement, contracts, and construction programmes to ensure projects run smoothlyManage consultants,
