About the BusinessOur client is a prominent national real estate franchise group with a growing corporate team.
This role sits within their national property management support function, working closely with the Head of Property Management to lift consistency, best practice and capability across the Queensland network.About the RoleThis is a hands-on training and support role built for an experienced Property Manager who gets more satisfaction from helping others succeed than carrying their own portfolio.
You will be working alongside Property Management teams across Queensland, supporting them through training delivery, onboarding, day-to-day coaching and operational guidance.This is not a portfolio role.
It is a people role, and the right person will thrive in that environment.Your key responsibilities will include:Supporting the creation and delivery of property management training across the Queensland networkReinforcing company systems, processes and legislative requirements with teams on the groundProviding follow-up support after training sessions to assist with implementationOffering day-to-day coaching and guidance to Property Managers on workflow, systems and complianceSupporting the induction of new offices and property management staff across QueenslandAssisting with onboarding activities,
