We serve professional nail technicians, salon owners, students and nail-art enthusiasts through our retail store, national online shop, Instagram community and professional workshops.Website: : @beeladynails.and.goodsAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced, commercially focused Retail Manager to oversee our Richmond store and connected online retail operations.Working closely with the owner, you will be responsible for store performance, customer experience, inventory, purchasing, merchandising, online sales and staff management.Key responsibilitiesManage daily store and online retail operations.Achieve sales, margin and customer-service targets.Manage purchasing, suppliers, stock levels and inventory accuracy.Analyse sales data and prepare budgets, forecasts and performance reports.Recruit, roster, train and supervise retail employees.Manage visual merchandising, product launches and promotions.Oversee online orders, click-and-collect and customer enquiries.Support website and Instagram retail campaigns.Coordinate retail activities connected with workshops and training.Maintain compliance with workplace, consumer and product-safety requirements.About youYou will have:At least 3 years of retail experience,



including two years in a retail management or leadership role.Minimum 5 years' professional nail industry experience required.Proven experience managing sales targets, budgets and retail KPIs.Strong purchasing, inventory and supplier-management experience.Experience managing both physical-store and online retail operations.Experience supervising, rostering and training employees.Confidence using POS, inventory and e-commerce systems.Excellent customer-service, communication and problem-solving skills.Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.Availability to work Saturdays and special events when required.Experience in professional nail products, beauty supplies, Japanese gel systems, Shopify, Instagram retailing or workshop coordination will be highly regarded.What we offer$82,000–$90,000 base salary plus superannuation.A senior, hands-on position in a growing specialist retail business.The prospect to shape Bee Lady's store systems and customer experience.Employer sponsorship may be considered for an exceptional candidate, subject to business and immigration requirements.Employment conditions will comply with the General Retail Industry Award **** where applicable.Bee Lady Nails & Goods is an equal opportunity employer.
