Daffodil Therapy and Care on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive NDIS Support Coordinator to help participants navigate plans and connect with services.
This role includes psychosocial recovery coaching responsibilities.You will coordinate supports, liaise with providers, monitor progress, and advocate for participant outcomes using a recovery‐oriented, trauma‐informed approach.
The position offers hybrid work with 2 office days and WFH, plus career development and a supportive team.
