This includes properly training your team and implementing our Service Principles while representing our global culture of sport, the NIKE brand, each other, and your community.
You lead the charge of ensuring your team makes positive moments, has fun, and feels like they are a part of something bigger.Reporting to our Regional Manager, you will:Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to lifeCoach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team.
You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planningDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:A passion for the Nike brandArea Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees)The ability to build,
