With a busy kitchen and a team that continues to grow, we're looking for two experienced Sous Chefs to join our kitchen leadership team.
If you're a passionate chef who loves being on the tools, leading a team and delivering great food in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.The OpportunityWorking closely with the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help drive a robust food offering across the venue.Leading and supporting the kitchen team during busy servicesMaintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistencySupporting menu development, specials and new food ideasCoaching and developing junior chefsAssisting with ordering, stock control and food cost managementEnsuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness and complianceKeeping the kitchen organised, efficient and service-readySupporting the Head Chef with the overall operation of the kitchenCreating a positive, respectful and high-performing kitchen cultureWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be an experienced chef who is ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact within a busy kitchen.
