We're looking for a full time Social & Content Specialist to join our marketing team in North Sydney.
At its heart, this is a creative role: coming up with standout ideas and bringing them to life across our organic social and our paid ads, creating high-quality content that stops the scroll and actually drives results.
You'll work closely with a Marketing Manager who's genuinely invested in your growth, at one of the country's fastest-growing companies.It's creative, fast-moving, and genuinely rewarding.

We take risks, we have fun with our marketing, and we love going against the grain: making solar and batteries anything but boring, and creating high-quality content.Now we're looking for someone to help us take it further, keep growing the brand, and keep standing out in a market where most of our competitors play it safe.What you'll be doingThis is a creative role first.
Your biggest job is coming up with brilliant ideas and bringing them to life.Creative content and campaignsComing up with original campaign and content ideas, the kind that set trends rather than follow them,



and that no one else in solar and batteries is doingCreating high-quality content for both organic social and paid ads, built to grab attention and convertTaking ideas from concept to finished product: filming and editing short-form video (TikToks, Reels, Shorts), designing graphics, and writing copy that suits each platformAssisting with the build of campaign emailsWorking with the Marketing Manager to plan and run campaigns from start to finishLearning what makes content actually convert, and using it to sharpen every new ideaSocial and communityOwning the scheduling and optimisation of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTubeKeeping an eye on our channels every day: replying to comments and DMs, and getting stuck into the accounts and conversations that matterStaying across internet culture, memes, and viral audio, so we're always a step aheadReportingPulling the numbers on engagement, reach, and conversions across our content and campaignsUsing that data to drive creative decisions and shape what we make nextWhat we're looking forWe're looking for a genuinely creative marketer: someone bursting with ideas, who loves making content and wants to build a career doing it.
Someone who takes pride in their work, cares about getting the details right, and gets a real kick out of seeing their ideas perform.We're big on results, too.
You'll want to know how your content performed, why it worked (or didn't),



and what it actually did for the business.What you'll bringA real creative streak and a knack for original ideas, you want to set trends, not follow themExperience creating high-quality content for both organic social and paid ads, with examples to show for itAn eye for what makes content convertA genuine hunger to do work you're proud of, and the drive to make it happenA teachable mindset and a real desire to learn and growThe initiative to ask questions, take ownership, and act on feedback without waiting to be toldReal energy and a positive, can-do attitudeReliability and a strong eye for detail1-3 years in a content, social, or marketing roleA degree in marketing, media, communications, or similar (preferred not required)A good handle on video editing (CapCut, Premiere), design (Canva, Photoshop), social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), and scheduling tools (HubSpot), and the confidence to learn how to use new tools quicklyWhy join Green.com.au?
