Showcasing an extensive range of Australian designers, we specialise in ladies' fashion, swimwear and resort wear — with additional collections across menswear, children's wear, accessories and homewares.We're a busy, high-energy boutique catering to Rottnest Island visitors from across Australia and beyond, delivering a truly memorable shopping experience every single day.About the RoleAs the Boutique Manager, you'll lead from the front — bringing energy, confidence and a genuine love of fashion to everything you do.
You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and create an inspiring, welcoming environment for both customers and your team.We're looking for someone with an "Of Course" attitude — positive, solutions-focused and passionate about exceptional customer service.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building team culture.This role would suit an experienced Store Manager or an emerging retail leader ready to take the next step in their career.This is a permanent full-time salaried position with an attractive bonus structure.
