Consultant, Work Health & Safety
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivatedWHS Consultantto join our People Solutions practice in Melbourne.
This role will suit someone with hands-on Work Health and Safety experience who is ready to apply their technical knowledge in a consulting environment.
You will work with experienced colleagues to support the delivery of practical WHS solutions for a broad range of corporate clients.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across Victoria and Australia, supporting organisations to improve safety performance, manage risk and build safer workplaces.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Melbourne office.

What the day will look like
Supporting the delivery of WHS advisory projects and client engagementsAssisting with the review and development of WHS frameworks, procedures and processesPreparing reports,



proposals and other key project deliverablesWorking with clients to understand their WHS needs and safety prioritiesContributing to practical recommendations that help improve safety outcomesCollaborating with colleagues across Aon to deliver high-quality client solutions

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Experience in Work Health and SafetyExposure to WHS systems, frameworks, procedures and risk management processesExperience supporting the development, implementation or review of WHS management systemsStrong written communication skills, including report writing and documentationAbility to build relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholdersA practical, solutions-focused approach to improving safety outcomesStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working in a team-based,



client-focused environmentAbility to present information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiencesTraining and Assessment qualifications will be highly regarded
