You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L.;
Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:
A passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service – every time!
Understanding of food safety and the importance it plays in a restaurant
A current RSA certificate and/or Barista training (desirable, not essential)
High-energy and enjoys working in a fast‐paced workplace
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‐paced, high‐energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
