so the focus here is on accuracy and consistency across the monthly cycle rather than high-volume processing.About YouOur ideal candidate is a degree-qualified accountant with 2–3 years' experience, ideally looking towards commencing or having started CA/CPA study, with genuine scope to grow into more senior finance roles over time.Experienced, steady bookkeepers, reliable and comfortable remaining within a support-focussed role are encouraged to apply too.In both cases, you'll bring a proactive, self-starter mindset, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with modern finance systems (including exposure to emerging AI-enabled tools).
