Full time temporary - 26 October to 10 DecemberCentral Coast Grammar School is a leading K-12 independent, coeducational and nondenominational school.
Located on a single 18-hectare campus overlooking the Matcham Valley close to the heart of Erina, our school offers a spacious environment where students can grow and flourish.

This position is from 26 October to the end of Term 4, on a full time temporary basis due to staff leave.
The applicant will need broad experience across K-12 within a school library environment.
Reporting to the Head of the Library & Information Services,
the successful applicant will play an active role in promoting the Library to ensure that it is conducive to learning and is a welcoming environment for students.To be successful you will need to possess and demonstrate:Appropriate Teacher Librarian qualifications and accreditation in NSWEligible for membership of ALIA and ASLAComprehensive knowledge of the NSW CurriculumWide experience as a proficient Teacher Librarian across K-12, with a focus on K-6Evidence of innovative teaching and learning practices & the capacity to cater for different learning needsAbility to extend the Library's Inquiry-Based Learning programmeHigh level proven skills in digital literacy and ICTProficient use and promotion of online databasesCuration of information resources to support student learningDemonstrated understanding and knowledge of contemporary literature for children and adolescentsWorking knowledge of the Oliver Library SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood administrative skills, with a high level of flexibility and adaptabilityAbility to prioritise and work as part of a teamAbility to create a warm and welcoming patron focused environmentA commitment to the strategic direction and ethos of the schoolInterested applicants should familiarise themselves with the School's Strategic Plan 'A School for Valuable Character & Practical Wisdom', available on our website at .
