At Smartgroup, we're looking for ambitious and customer-focused Novated Leasing Consultants to join our high-performing Vehicle Solutions team in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
This is more than a sales role.
You'll guide customers through the novated leasing journey, manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities and help customers make informed decisions about one of their most significant financial purchases.
Key responsabilities:
Managing a large pipeline of customer opportunities from enquiry through to settlementConducting customer conversations via phone and email while building strong relationships and trustProviding novated lease quotations and supporting customers through finance applicationsEducating customers on products, processes and benefitsManaging follow-ups and maintaining accurate records within our CRM systemIdentifying cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesMeeting and exceeding sales, service, compliance and activity KPIsWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Highly regarded:
Contact centre or phone-based sales experienceFinancial services, lending, leasing or automotive industry experienceExperience working with CRM systemsExperience handling objections and influencing customer decisions
