This permanent, full-time role comes at a key time as we build on the success of this store since its opening in December ****.We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced manager to lead our Chermside store.
This is a hands‐on leadership role with real ownership — you'll be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations, customer experience, team performance and commercial results of the store.The store operates 7 days per week and late night on Thursday.
It is expected for the Store Manager to work some weekends and Thursday nights as part of the store roster pattern.What you'll be doing:You'll take ownership of everything that makes our Hastings St store tick, including:Leading day-to-day retail operations , ensuring every customer interaction reflecting our brand standards and commitment to qualityDriving retail sales and delivering a high standard of customer service, while ensuring the store is presented and operated in accordance with company standardsProviding hands‐on store and customer service support as required - this is a roll‐up‐your‐sleeves kind of roleRecruiting, training, mentoring and rostering a team of retail staff and customer service team membersDriving sales performance and managing the store P&L;, including sales, cost of goods,



labour and discretionary spendMonitoring retail KPIs and analysing sales data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvementsManaging stock ordering, inventory levels and reducing spoilage and shrinkagePlanning and implementing visual merchandising and product displays that reflect our brand, maximise product presentation and drive salesEnsuring compliance with food safety, WHS, and all company policies and proceduresResolving customer complaints promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction standardsImplementing strategies to increase store sales, improve operational efficiency and maximise the commercial performance of the storeWhat you'll bring:To thrive in this role, you'll need:Proven experience managing a retail store, with demonstrated experience in retail operations, sales and customer serviceStrong people leadership - you know how to build a team, keep them motivated, and get resultsFinancial literacy and confidence managing a store P&L;, sales targets and budgetsA practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm and problem‐solve under pressureExcellent communication skills across staff, customers, suppliers and the broader businessStrong understanding of retail sales, inventory management, visual merchandising and store operationsBe part of a genuinely unique and growing premium food brand with a loyal customer followingA visible, autonomous retail leadership role where your contribution directly shapes the businessTake ownership of a vibrant, high‐foot‐traffic Brisbane location within a premium, busy retail shopping centre and help shape the next phase of its growthJoin a passionate, tight‐knit team that takes quality seriously — and has fun doing itIf you're a commercially minded retail professional who loves leading a team, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
