As Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturer, we're on a mission to deliver healthy hydration, and we want you to be part of our journey.About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Shift Technician to join our Maintenance team at our Horsley Park facility.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this full-time permanent role plays a key part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our high-speed production equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault finding, plant reliability, and operational performance.Working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for fault finding, breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with production teams and contractors.Work Pattern (Rotating Roster)This role operates on a structured rotating 12-hour shift pattern across day and night shifts, including:6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day Shift)6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift)A consistent rotating rosterYou must be able to commit to working both day and night shifts as part of this rotating roster.Key Responsibilities.Maintenance & OperationsRespond to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtimeDeliver planned and preventative maintenance across the siteMaintain maintenance systems including work orders and schedulesMonitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunitiesWork closely with production teams to support reliable operationsTechnical & Continuous ImprovementDiagnose and rectify faults across electrical, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic,



and mechanical systemsDrive continuous improvement to optimise plant performanceSupport operators with technical guidance to improve equipment useContractor CoordinationSupervise and coordinate contractors, ensuring secure and compliant work practicesSafety, Quality & CompliancePromote a strong safety culture and adhere to WHS requirementsEnsure all work meets food safety and quality standards (HACCP & GMP)Identify and address unsafe conditionsParticipate in incident investigations and reportingAbout YouCurrent Electrical Licence highly regardedTrade-qualified in a relevant disciplineStrong electrical fault-finding experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environmentExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, pneumatics, and hydraulicsStrong experience in preventative and scheduled maintenance systemsAbility to troubleshoot and respond under pressureStrong collaboration skills with production teams and contractorsCommitted to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhy Join Nu-Pure?
