with study support for CA/CPA candidates working toward qualificationA close-knit team where your work and ideas actually get noticedWhat You'll Be DoingPreparing financial statements, tax returns, and management reports for a range of SME clientsOwning client relationships with confidence, clarity, and professionalismWorking extensively within Xero to deliver compliance and advisory servicesExplaining financial information to clients in plain, easy-to-understand terms with no jargonContributing to client strategy and business advisory conversations, not just the numbers behind themEnsuring compliance with relevant tax and accounting standardsYou'll Thrive Here If You...Have at least 3 years experience working with small-to-medium business clients in public practiceCommunicate with confidence which means you can explain financial concepts clearly to clients who aren't accountantsKnow Xero inside and outAre comfortable across the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Are CA or CPA qualified, or working toward itWant ownership and variety, not just a seat filling out compliance forms
