Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with a disability, ages 9-25, across Joondalup and West Perth.
The role offers full time or part-time options (4 days per week) and opportunities to lead an interdisciplinary youth team delivering NDIS-funded therapy packages.You will use assessment and intervention skills to help participants achieve educational, personal, social and working life goals, in diverse settings from homes and schools
