Through a range of education, housing, wellbeing and community programs, they help young people build safety, independence and brighter futures.Advantages & CultureInner-city Sydney location, close to public transport3 to 4 month temporary contractHybrid working options availableThe RoleReporting to the Community Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinate fundraising initiatives.
This will involve generating support for community events and providing exceptional supporter care.
You will also be responsible to:Support the rollout of a new flagship community fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiativesDevelop and coordinate supporter communications,



fundraising resources and campaign collateralMonitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter engagementMaintain accurate records across CRM systems and fundraising platforms while providing high-quality administrative supportSkills RequiredYou will have previous fundraising or community engagement experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector, and have the following skills:Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlinesExcellent relationship building, communication and customer service skillsExperience using CRM systems to maintain accurate supporter records and fundraising dataThe ability to work collaboratively while delivering an exceptional supporter experienceNGO Recruitment values equitable recruitment practices and is committed to representing candidates reflective of the diverse organisations and communities we work with.
