You'll assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and encourage community participation — all while providing respectful, high-quality care.What You'll DoProvide personalised support to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needsAssist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household dutiesSupport clients to achieve their goals and live independentlyEncourage community participation,



social engagement, and recreational activitiesMonitor wellbeing and report changes in behaviour or healthProviding support in basic first aid and supporting clients with medication where and as requiredCollaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and follow individualized care plansEnsure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all timesWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in a Support Worker or Care Assistant roleA genuine passion for supporting others and promoting independenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of mental health, physical disabilities, and safeguardingAbility to work autonomously and within a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing client needsMinimum qualification, Certificate III in Individual support, Aged Care and DisabilityCurrent Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicleWorking With Children Check (WWCC)Rights to work in Australia100 points of ID, e.g. Passport, Driver License, Citizenship, MedicareWhy Join Infinity?
