What you'll be doingAdministering the Folio system — workflow, user access, registers and configuration — across the Quality & Systems BranchMaintaining document control and version registers within the quality management systemPreparing and maintaining audit evidence packs and supporting documentation for internal and external auditsProducing monthly dashboards and trend reports for the Quality & Systems Manager, including identifying data quality issuesMonitoring data integrity within Folio and escalating discrepancies for correctionProviding system training and troubleshooting support to Quality Officers and other Folio usersYou're the right person if...You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Management,



Business or a related fieldYou have strong data management skills and experience configuring quality/incident management systems — Folio highly regardedYou have a sharp eye for detail and take data integrity seriouslyYou produce clear, useful dashboards and reports that managers can actually act onYou support internal system users with patience and a genuine customer service mindsetYou hold a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or are willing to obtainExperience in a quality, compliance or health and community services workplace is a bonusWhy KandaWe believe the people who care for others deserve to be genuinely looked after too.
