Across a range of our fitness facilities throughout Brisbane and the surrounding areas, you'll be the go-to person keeping things running.
Your work will include a mix of:General repairs and maintenance — patching, painting, door hardware, fixtures and fittingsGym equipment servicing and repairsScheduled preventative maintenance tasksResponding to reactive callouts and urgent on-site needsSupporting recent club fit-outs and refurbishmentsHigh‐level cleaning, window cleaning, and periodic deep cleaningOrdering and fitting spare partsYou'll manage your own daily work orders, liaise with club staff and area managers, and have genuine ownership of your region — the independence of working across multiple sites, without the overhead of running your own business.WHOWE'RE LOOKING FORA trade qualification is not essential — what matters most is solid hands‐on experience and a get‐it‐done attitude.
You may be an experienced handyman,



a maintenance all‐rounder, or a tradesperson looking to move away from sole trading into something more stable and rewarding.You'll be well suited if you have:Proven experience in a handyman, general maintenance, or trade roleStrong practical skills across building maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment servicingGood mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot problems on the spotExperience working across multiple sites or locationsA proactive, independent work style with a strong sense of ownershipClear communication skills and a professional, positive manner with site staffEssential Certifications & LicencesCurrent Driver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction)First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)Working at Heights (or equivalent)Silica Dust Hazard Awareness — ***** NAT (mandatory in ACT, desirable elsewhere)Don't be put off if you don't hold every certification on this list.
