You'll work closely with production to minimise downtime and keep machinery running reliably.
Mon–Fri 5:30am–2:30pm + OT, shifts, and call-outs as requiredWhat you will be responsible for:Fault finding, repairs,



and preventative maintenanceMaintain safety standards and complete daily inspectionsSupport TPM and record all maintenance workMinimise downtime with production teamsManage spare parts and replace defective componentsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and LOTO proceduresLiaise with suppliers and support cost controlRequirementsMechanical trade or strong hands‐on experienceHydraulics and pneumatics experienceWelding experience (preferred)Knowledge of TPM and preventative maintenanceStrong teamwork and reliabilityGenerous parental leave policyBe part of a growing businessProfessional but relaxed company cultureEmployee Assistance ProgrammePlease note you must either be residing in Australia or hold a current relevant work visa to be considered for this role.
