Holmesglen Institute is seeking a Maintenance Officer to perform general building and facilities maintenance across campuses, following safety and regulatory standards.
You will respond to maintenance requests, coordinate repairs with staff and contractors, and inspect conditions to identify needs and organise actions.The role requires a Certificate III (or higher) in a building trade, Level 2 First Aid, and a current Victorian driver's licence, with WWCC/Police checks required for appointment.
