We're looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join our expanding FCM team in Canberra, managing travel arrangements for a dedicated Government portfolio.At FCM, we work hard and have a great time doing it - our office culture is fun, vibrant and team-focused, and with 2 days working from home per week, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of flexibility and being part of something special in the office.About the Role: FCM Travel ConsultantAs a Travel Consultant at FCM, your day-to-day will include:Managing end-to-end travel arrangements including international air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings using Sabre GDSHandling complex fares, ticket exchanges, Phase IVs and itinerary changes accurately and efficientlyBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with your dedicated portfolio of corporate clientsMeeting designated SLAs while delivering exceptional service standardsFollowing account-specific guidelines and company procedures for ticketing and GDS productivityCollaborating with and supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless client servicingWhat You'll Bring2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel ManagerHigh level of GDS proficiency, preferably SabreStrong attention to detail when managing complex itinerariesExcellent communication and relationship management skillsProven ability to work effectively within a team environmentSharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellenceWhat You'll Enjoy1st Year OTE $85,000+ (comprising $55,000 base + uncapped monthly incentives) + superTraining wage guarantee of $80,000pa + super for your first 6 monthsCulture:
