Position PurposeClarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an ETS Officer to join our Norwest NSW team.What You'll DoReview plans, specifications, and customer selections for pricing accuracyAssess site costs, variations, and design changesSupport continuous improvement in construction accuracy and processesPrepare and process Extra To Schedule (ETS) orders accurately and promptly.Ensure all ETS charges are correctly coded according to cost control categories.Act as the primary contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding ETS orders, pricing, variations, and product or supplier changes.Maintain accurate records of all Extra To Schedule (ETS) orders and related documentationAbout YouPrevious experience in residential construction estimating or a similar roleStrong understanding of home building costs, materials, and construction methodsHigh attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skillsAbility to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documentationStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsComputer/software literacy in Microsoft suit of programs including Excel and wordAbility to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On OfferWhen you join Campbell Property Group,
