You'll support residents with their day-to-day needs, assist with entry assessments and help ensure the smooth operation of the service.
Working alongside our AOD casework, inclusion and counselling teams, you'll contribute to holistic, person-centred support that helps residents move towards their goals.Your ResponsibilitySupport residents in a respectful and non-judgemental wayHelp residents work towards their case plans and connect with servicesSupport daily operations, activities and accommodation standardsRespond calmly and appropriately to challenging situationsMaintain accurate records and contribute to team meetingsFollow WHS,
risk management and safety proceduresProfile description:You Will NeedAvailability to work atleast 3 active night shifts per week, *****pm to 6.00amCert IV in Community Services or relevant experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSound judgement and crisis management skillsGood computer literacy and record-keeping skillsNSW Driver LicenceSt Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) welcomes people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences.
