Field Merchandising & Maintenance Operator (Full-Time, Field-Based)Field Merchandising & Maintenance Operator (Full-Time, Field-Based)The RoleThis is not a standard retail merchandising role.This is a hands‐on, field‐based rolewhere you'll manage a portfolio of sites across Melbourne—keeping machines stocked, well presented, and working properly day‐to‐day.You'll spend most of your time on the road working independently across multiple locations, using retail experience &attention; to detail to keep things looking excellent, and basic tools & practical problem‐solvingto keep things running smoothly.If you're someone who prefers purely visual merchandising or customer‐facing retail, this role won't be the right fit.If you like staying active, fixing problems when they happen, and managing your own day—this is a strong fit.What You'll Be DoingTravelling between sites in a company van across Greater MelbourneRestocking machines and maintaining strong retail presentation standardsTroubleshooting faults and applying practical fixes using basic tools (training provided, but hands‐on confidence is essential)Keeping transparent digital records of servicing, stock, and issuesCommunicating with the operations team throughout the daySupporting light warehouse tasks as requiredWhat This Role Is LikeYou'll start each day with a plan—and take ownership of executing itYou'll work independently in the field, solving problems as they ariseNo two days are exactly the same,
