you'll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the storeDelivering personalised customer service and professional styling adviceBuilding long-term relationships with loyal and new customersAssisting customers with tailoring and made-to-measure requirementsDriving sales performance and achieving store targetsMaintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standardsManaging stock control, inventory and replenishmentAssisting with rostering, administration and store operationsEnsuring accurate point-of-sale and cash handling proceduresAbout YouYou'll be a confident retail professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.You'll ideally have:Previous retail experience in a supervisory or leadership roleExperience in fashion, premium retail or luxury brands (highly regarded)A passion for fashion, styling and helping customers look their bestA strong sales focus with the ability to build lasting customer relationshipsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence using retail systems and computersA professional presentation and positive attitudeUnrestricted working rights in AustraliaSaturday availability is essential.
