6:00am to 4:00pm (long weekends every week)Supportive leadership team and established manufacturing operationKey responsibilitiesSupport daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the floorProvide hands‐on leadership and guidance to production staffEnsure adherence to safety, quality and operational proceduresAssist with inventory movement and material handlingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team performanceAbout youPrevious experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Operator role within manufacturingCurrent forklift licence – essentialStrong safety awareness and commitment to quality standardsReliable, proactive and able to lead by example on the production floorGood communication and problem-solving skills
