This is an exciting opportunity to bring your payroll knowledge into a standalone role, supporting a vibrant company with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing acrosscirca 200 employees;Processing terminations, including calculations and final payments;Managingmultiple frequency payroll cycles;Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies,



and procedures; andSupporting and collaborating with the broader payroll team.About YouMinimum1+ years' experience in astandalonepayrollposition;Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, including terminations;Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills;Exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements;Experience withlarge payroll systemsOracle, SAP,Pronto; andAbility to support payroll reporting for a listed corporation, including compliance with relevant industrial relations standards.BenefitsWorking days: Wednesday and Thursday are mandatory, with oneotherdaythat works for you;Hours: Flexible start and finish timeswithin core hours;On-site parking available; andWalking distance to shopping amenities.In this role you will bereporting directly to the HR Managerwho believes insupporting career.Equality, Diversity and InclusionAt u&u; Recruitment Partners, we value diversity, equity and inclusion.
