You will prepare and bake a wide range of fresh bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and production efficiency.You will weigh ingredients, mix and knead dough, operate commercial bakery equipment and ensure product consistency and safety in a fast-paced workplace.
Training junior staff and meeting daily production targets are part of the role.
