We're currently looking for 2x experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join a national industry leader, working across a premium portfolio of commercial high-rise buildings in Melbourne CBD.

Working alongside a skilled team of technicians, you'll enjoy consistent sites, established client relationships, and exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment.About the Role – Day to Day Duties:Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive breakdowns on commercial HVAC systemsDiagnose faults and complete repairs across a range of commercial air conditioning and mechanical systemsService equipment including package units, split systems, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs,



pumps, package units and associated plantComplete routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occurProvide recommendations for repairs, upgrades and replacement worksLiaise with supervisors, coordinators and building management to ensure works are completed efficientlyMaintain accurate service reports and compliance documentationDeliver a high level of customer service while building strong client relationshipsWork both independently and within a collaborative team environmentWhat We're Looking For:Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (Cert III Air Conditioning and Refrigeration)Restricted Electrical LicenceExperience servicing commercial HVAC systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage your workloadProfessional attitude with excellent customer service skillsCurrent driver's licenceAbility to successfully pass a Police Check and pre-employment medical if required
