Labourpower is seeking a motivated, energetic and customer-focused Branch Manager to join our Altona team in Melbourne.Ware looking for an experienced recruitment skilled to lead the branch, support our people and maintain, develop and grow the business.The successful candidate will ideally have experience within blue-collar recruitment and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients and internal stakeholders.
You will combine excellent customer service with strong administration, workforce management and business development capabilities.This opportunity may also suit an ambitious Senior Account Manager who is ready to take the next step into branch management.
Labourpower will provide the training, resources and leadership support needed to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations and ongoing development of the Altona branchManage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceIdentify opportunities for account growth and new business developmentRecruit, interview, onboard and induct candidatesCoordinate workforce requirements, rosters and employee placementsEnsure all administration, compliance documentation and filing remain accurate and up to dateRespond promptly to employee, payroll and workplace-related enquiriesConduct site visits, risk assessments, workplace observations and toolbox talksAbout YouTo succeed in this position, you will demonstrate:Experience in blue-collar recruitment, account management or workforce managementA proactive,
