Our client is looking for experienced Customer Service, Call Centre Operators and Customer Support Officers to join their busy team on a long-term temporary assignment for 2 years.About the role:First point of contact call centre/customer service environmentTaking and managing inbound calls from clients and stakeholdersAppointment and appointment correspondence managementResponding on online and email queries.Responding to client and stakeholder queries in a call and timely mannerUpdating client records using the CRMAdministration duties to include data and email/mailbox managementAbout you:You will have previous experience working in a call centre or client facing environmentYou will have solid customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environmentYou will have strong written and verbal communicate skills,



and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills, and previously used databases and relevant MS packages.Mandatory Requirements for the role:You must hold full Australian CitizenshipYou will be required to complete a Federal Police CheckYou will be required to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children QLD Card) prior to commencementBenefits:ASAP start2-year long term casual temporary assignmentFull-time hours Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7am and 7pm - please note you must have flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pmBrisbane CBD location, and potential for hybrid working arrangements.
