The facility contains a 750m2 Health Club, 3 program rooms, an outdoor 50m pool, indoor pool, café, sauna, and child care services.

We value teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement and are passionate about connecting communities with physical activity.You will play a key role within the Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre leadership team, driving the performance outcomes for the health and fitness team while providing a high quality and robust programming schedule, focusing of driving participation and member retention.
In this role you will oversee our health club and group fitness programs portfolios.




You will be a considered decision maker and will be able to manage a multitude of tasks utilising good time management and organisational skills.This is a full-time position with an annual salary between $66,940 - $73,668 per annum + Super & Y Benefits.About youThis role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their heath and wellness career or move into recreation from a leadership role in another industry.
