Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing our digital presence, delivering engaging content, and driving campaign performance across multiple digital channels.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to contribute to brand growth and lead generation through data-driven strategies.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage digital content calendars to ensure timely and brand-aligned executionCoordinate and deliver engaging content across social media, website, and email marketing platformsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers to produce high-quality digital assetsManage publishing workflows using scheduling tools and CMS platforms to ensure accuracy and optimisationExecute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and GoogleMonitor campaign performance metrics and implement improvements to maximise ROIMaintain and update website content,



ensuring SEO best practices and user-friendly designEnsure all digital communications are consistent with Taylex's brand identity and tone of voiceAnalyse digital performance data and contribute insights to improve campaign outcomesProvide monthly reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and content effectivenessIdentify opportunities to enhance customer experience through digital tools and emerging platformsStay up to date with marketing trends, technologies, and platform updatesSupport broader marketing initiatives and campaigns as requiredAbout YouTertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing or social media coordination roleProven experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online contentStrong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and paid mediaHands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. social media schedulers, email platforms, analytics tools)Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with robust attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlinesCreative thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused approachCollaborative team player who can also work independentlySafety & ComplianceAt Taylex, safety is our highest priority.
