Someone who notices the details, reads the moment and knows how to turn a simple recommendation into a memorable experience.From the first morning arrivals to local discoveries, restaurant recommendations and thoughtful guest requests, you will help guests experience the destination through a distinctly Andaz lens.What You'll DoAs our Concierge Assistant Manager, you will:Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and personalityCreate seamless arrival and departure experiencesShare thoughtful, locally inspired recommendations across dining, culture, beaches, shopping and experiencesAssist with restaurant reservations, transport, activities and special requestsAnticipate guest needs and create personalised moments throughout their stayBuild strong relationships with local venues, operators and experience partnersWork closely with Front Office,



Guest Services and other hotel colleagues to ensure every guest journey feels effortlessStay curious about what is happening across the Gold Coast and continually discover recent places worth sharingQualificationsAbout youYou are naturally welcoming, calm and intuitive.
You enjoy meeting people, asking the right questions and finding the perfect recommendation rather than simply offering the obvious one.You will bring:Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, front office or guest servicesStrong knowledge of the Gold Coast, or a genuine passion for discovering itExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence handling multiple guest requests while maintaining attention to detailA proactive, solutions-focused approachFlexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and public holidaysA genuine desire to create experiences guests will rememberAlready have ongoing working rights for Australia – no sponsorship can be offeredLife at AndazAndaz is about discovering a destination differently.
