Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.ResponsibilitiesPersonal care including showering and toileting supportsDomestic assistance including cooking, cleaning and laundryManual handling including wheelchair support and sit-to-stand transfersCommunity access and transportation assistanceWillingness to work short shifts , shifts are primarily 2 hoursFlexible and available to pick up shifts on short notice – sick leave and annual leave coverageSupport within clients' homes, 1:1 the community, or day program centresFoster client choice and expression with the ability to think outside of the boxSkills & ExperienceAbility to drive a 10-seater vanDemonstrated resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitudeUnrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleA current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID011Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check,
