We're seeking an experiencedSite Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the heart of South Bank!
About the RoleAs Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our cleaning services meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You'll lead a team of cleaners and support staff, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise cleaning teams across multiple shifts, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.Coordinate rosters, manage attendance, and arrange cover for absences.Conduct site inductions, training, and ongoing development for staff.Monitor stock levels and oversee the safe use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.Maintain site documentation including work schedules, inspection reports, and communication logs.Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.Identify and escape risks, safety issues, and operational challenges.Promote a culture of safety and compliance through regular toolbox talks and inspections.Join our global organisation and open the door to endless career opportunities.
