You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of our commercial food machines across our broad customer base.
Our customers include major aged and health care sites, hospitals, casinos, sporting arenas, major hotels, and restaurant chains.As a HOBART technician you will be required to:Attend service calls as per daily allocated job priorities allocated by customer service teamCarry out quality field service repairs at the customers place of businessProvide complete technical support and maintenance advise to end users as requiredEnsure all appliance,



repair information and parts usage are documented on service reportsLiaise with customers explaining the repairs undertaken and completing the customer service experience at the highest levelManaging of van stock and appearance of company vehicleComplete all administrative duties in a timely mannerHandling of escalations and on-site technical support to relevant departmentEnsure all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to and proactively supportedAs a HOBART Service Technician, you will receive HOBART Germany's comprehensive training program.
