We believe in your qualified longevity and well-being, which is why our team is supported by an in-house educator, a structured front-of-house team, and a continuous education stream.The Role & Responsibilities:Master Craftsmanship: Deliver high-end colouring, cutting, and styling services to our loyal guests.Team Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun salon culture, mentoring stylists and keeping the team motivated.Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee salon flow, stock management, and maintain the 5-star standard Allura is famous for, alongside our Front of House support.Qualifications & Pre-requisites:Certificate III in Hairdressing AND proven experience in a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or 2IC role required (Certificate IV in Hairdressing or Management preferred).
Extensive experience as a Senior/Master Stylist with a strong portfolio in advanced colour and cutting techniques.Full, unrestricted right to live and work in Australia (local Mornington Peninsula candidates preferred).
